It might be FA Cup weekend, but we’re looking to the league fixtures for goals galore thanks to our 9/2 BTTS treble on Saturday afternoon.
We’ve picked games from the Championship, League One, and National League. If all six teams can find the net, we’ll be celebrating nearly £50 of profit from a £10 stake – and that’s regardless of which teams win and lose.
Good luck!
Barnsley V Fulham
FA Cup action means that there are only a limited number of matches taking place in the Championship. Nonetheless, there should be room for plenty of drama along the way, not least at Oakwell as both Barnsley and Fulham will be desperate to secure three points.
Goals haven’t always been a regular feature for Paul Heckingbottom’s men in 2017-18, but the Tykes have now scored in four of their last five fixtures. Tom Bradshaw leads the way for the hosts, and they should fancy their hopes of scoring against an away side that have leaked 21 on the road.
The Cottagers have scored 23 times in their 14 away matches, though, and Slavia Jokanovic will be hoping his side pick up from where they left off against Burton last weekend. Rui Fonte and co. hit the Brewers for six in that game. In truth, they should score at least once with ease in this one.
Fulham won 2-1 when the sides recently met at Craven Cottage. A similar results in this reverse clash would suit us just fine.

Southend United V Scunthorpe United
Chris Powell returns to Roots Hall over 20 years after leaving as a player, and the new Southend United boss will be desperate to inspire an improvement as the Essex club enter the weekend sitting just one place above the drop zone. However, they cannot expect to have things all their own way against visiting Scunthorpe.
Despite their poor position, the hosts haven’t been too bad at home. They’ve lost just three times on home turf, scoring 19 times in their 14 matches so far. Given that the visitors have shipped 14 in 14 aways, a burst of fresh energy should give Simon Cox and co. a good opportunity to find the net.
Southend have lost seven of their last eight, though, while Scunthorpe boast 21 goals and seven wins on the road. Graham Alexander has a number of potential goalscorers at his disposal in the form Lee Novak, Kevin van Veen, Tom Hooper.
Four of Scunthorpe’s last five games have ended in BTTS winners. Let’s hope for another here.

Ebbsfleet United V Boreham Wood
National League rivals Ebbsfleet and Boreham Wood are both in the hunt for reaching the play-offs and will be equally determined to gain ground on the top seven with three points on Saturday. When added to the fact that they are each capable of scoring goals, it should be an entertaining encounter at Stonebridge Road.
Daryl McMahon’s hosts have scored 24 goals in their 15 home games while Luke Garrard’s visitors boast 22 on their travels. With Danny Kedwell, Jack Powell, Angelo Balanta and Bruno Andrade ready to convert any chances that come their way, more goals could be on the cards here.
Both sides have been a little inconsistent in recent weeks, but the quality within both sides will hopefully shine through. Given that the two clubs have respectively conceded 32 and 33 goals from their 30 league matches this term, there’s certainly enough reason to believe that the attacking payers will get the better of the opposing defences.
There will probably be higher scoring games in the division, but this is the one where we think both teams will score.
