The international break is over, meaning there’s a full fixture list to look forward to on Saturday. This should bring plenty of goals up and down the country, and we hope to see plenty in our three selected fixtures.
We’re backing six teams to all find the target in a bid to turn £10 into £52 with Betfred. Let’s hope they can all do the business to get our month off to a flyer.
Good luck!
Hull City v West Ham United
Marco Silva has certainly sparked an extra bite from the Tigers since taking over at the KCOM, but his Hull side still have plenty to do if they’re going to beat the drop. A victory on Saturday could put them on level points with the safety zone, and they’ll be eager to do just that against West Ham.
The hosts can be optimistic too. Not only have they picked up 11 points from their last five home games, but they’ve now notched a total of 19 in 14 on their patch. Given that the Hammers have conceded 25 on the road, and enter this clash having lost three games on the bounce, the likes of Abel Hernandez will be fancied to score.
Slaven Bilic’s men do tend to score too, however. In fact, each of their last six Premier League matches have ended in BTTS winners. With Michail Antonio, Andy Carroll, and Manuel Lanzini all capable of finding the target, the visitors are likely to be involved in a seventh.
It could go either way, but we’re backing both teams to score.

Preston North End v Nottingham Forest
Goals have been a far more regular occurrence than points for Nottingham Forest this season, and even a change of manager hasn’t stopped that trend. The Reds are now dangerously close to the drop zone and will be desperate for a win at Deepdale on Saturday. Unfortunately, they could be in for a tough afternoon against a play-off hunting Preston.
The visitors boast just two wins on the road this term but are scoring a goal a game on their travels. With the likes of Zach Clough, Britt Assombalonga, and Ross McCormack in attack, they should have every chance of getting on the scoresheet against a Lilywhites team that has leaked 21 in 19 at home.
Simon Grayson’s side are in good form, though, and boast a total of 32 goals in 19 home games. Given that Forest have shipped 37 on their travels and are without a clean sheet in three, home goals look probable.
At this stage of the campaign, anything could happen regarding the outcome. Whoever wins, though, we would expect to see both nets ripple.

Dover Athletic v Gateshead
National League rivals Dover and Gateshead are both just outside the play-offs, making this weekend’s clash at Lewisham Road a crucial battle for both. In truth, it should be the division’s game of the day, and will hopefully provide bags of action too.
Dover are frequent scorers at home, bagging 40 in their previous 19. If their firepower can bring another three points, then their hopes of a top five finish will look better than ever, especially as they still have a game in hand. However, the fact that they’ve conceded 24 here is a cause for concern.
After all, the visitors have hit 30 on the road and will be equally motivated to grab the win as they seek a play-off spot also. Neil Aspin’s men are unbeaten in 10 matches too whilst they’ve now found the net in 14 straight league contests. Even if they don’t win, a 15th scoring game on the spin is likely.
Gateshead registered a 4-2 win in the reverse clash. Another six goals on Saturday would suit us just fine.
