Six teams to score a goal. £10 stake. £50 profit. Easy.
That’s what we’re looking for on Saturday with our three selections on the both teams to score coupon. Our selections all come from the three o’clock matches across England’s top five division. With a little luck, we’ll be celebrating long before 16:45,
Good luck!
Sunderland v West Bromwich Albion
Whether it’s bad luck or bad players, the Black Cats endured yet another horrendous August and September. They’ll be hoping that October will bring an upturn in fortunes, but they shouldn’t expect things all their own way against the Baggies.
Sunderland have at least scored in four of their six matches, and will be hoping to see Jermain Defoe continue his productive start to the season. The hosts did find the target twice before collapsing against Crystal Palace too, so they should fancy their chances of goals.
The main issue for David Moyes’s men is that they cannot defend. West Brom are hardly the strongest attacking unit in the division, but Salomon Rondon will be backing himself to score. Even if he doesn’t find the target, West Brom should.
It hardly screams out as being a thigh-rubber, but we do think there will be goals. A score draw wouldn’t surprise us one bit.

Notts County v Morecambe
In League Two, Notts County have enjoyed a very solid start to the season and currently sit comfortably in the play-off zone. However, the Magpies do need to improve their home form; they’ll be hoping to start with a big win over Morecambe.
John Sheridan’s men do have a platform to build on after beating Leyton Orient in their last home match, but they’re still seeking a first clean sheet at Meadow Lane. Given that the visitors have scored eight in five away games this season, the hosts may need to wait a little longer.
Having said that, the firepower of Jonathan Fonte and the in-form Jon Stead should give the hosts a fantastic chance of scoring. With Morecambe’s last eight competitive games ending in BTTS winners too, we have every reason to fancy goals.
Both of last season’s head-to-head meetings ended with goals for both sides. Back that run to continue on Saturday.
BTTS Yes @ 4/6
Forest Green Rovers v Barrow
Forest Green Rovers will be desperate to gain promotion this season, especially after they went so close last term, and they’ve certainly made an impressive start after picking up 26 points from the first 12 fixtures. And Mark Cooper’s men will be looking to fire a huge warning shot to their rivals with another three points against Barrow.
The hosts have been fantastic at the New Lawn, scoring 11 times and maintaining their unbeaten record after six matches. With Matt Tubbs and Rhys Murphy in attack, they will be expected to score against an away team that has kept only one clean sheet (against rock bottom North Ferriby) on the road.
Barrow have scored in their last five away games, though, and Paul Cox will be looking to his attacking stars to produce a positive result. The foursome of Richie Bennett, Byron Harrison, Liam Hughes, and Ross Hannah are all capable of goals. Despite Forest Green’s defensive record, we do think the visitors will score.
Whether that’ll be enough to secure a result is another question altogether. Quite frankly, we couldn’t care either way.
