Goals Galore Tips Saturday 28th Sept – Net To Ripple At The Liberty

After a significant absence, this weekend we welcome back a Premier League fixture to our Goals Galore coupon. We also return to our tried and tested lower leagues, with two matches from League One as we aim to land another winner.

We’ve noticed that the amount of games where both teams are scoring are really on the increase, so we’re really looking forward to our results this weekend. Lets cheer from them goals!

Here are my 3 strongest selections for Saturday..

Swansea City v Arsenal – 5.30pm Saturday
Goals Galore odds – 8/13 Betfred

A TV game always adds just a little extra incentive for the players on show, allowing us to take advantage as one or two more goals fly in. I certainly can see this happening with Saturday’s late kick off as Arsenal visit Wales to take on Swansea. The mid week League Cup fixtures allowed both sides to rest players in their away ties and the big names should be raring to go.

The Gunners come into the game on flying form and can boast being the league leaders after five games, having found the net in every single match-they look a shoo-in for at least a goal. The North London team turned over Stoke 3-1 last Sunday which saw Özil land three assists, so dont rule out the German adding to that tally. Theo Walcott is out injured but Olivier Giroud, Aaron Ramsey and the aforementioned Mesut Özil will provide plenty of fire power.

Swansea City will be looking to bounce back after ringing the changes midweek, where they saw a reserve outfit take a 3-1 battering against Championship side Birmingham City. Despite winning the trophy last season, the loss won’t faze them too much as their priority lies with the league and Europe. Being so strong at home they will be confident to get a victory here and with Michu plying his trade up front, a goal is never too far away.

I wouldn’t like to call the winner of this one but undoubtedly get on both teams to score.

Crewe v Gillingham – 3.00pm Saturday
Goals Galore odds – 8/13 Betfred

A match here between two sides that have been tipped to struggle this season and every point is a valuable step in their quest for survival. Crewe and Gillingham will both view this fixture as a must win, and will go all out for maximum points. If there was ever a six pointer after just eight league games, this is it.

Crewe are in a slightly kinder position than their opposition, currently situated in 17th place and have lost just the once at home. However they have not won a league game since August 17th where they beat Tranmere 2-1. The match on Saturday is an ideal opportunity to stop the rot and they will go all out to get the goals.

Gillingham are rock bottom and have yet to win a game, this will have to change at some point and there will be no better fixture for them to do this than against struggling Crewe. In each of their previous three away matches they have found the net and I expect them to at least do this again on Saturday. What is great for our bet is that 6 of their last 7 games both teams have scored.

Another tough game to call the result of but what we do know is that both sides will be desperate for a win.

Rotherham v Peterborough – 3.00pm Saturday
Goals Galore odds – 8/15 Betfred

Rotherham will be delighted with how their season has started, after eight games they find themselves up with the best of them in fifth spot, which sees them still unbeaten. Former Manchester United youth prospect, Daniel Nardiello has scored five goals in three matches which included a hatrick at home to Oldham, the striker is in the form of his life and you just wouldn’t back against him finding the net this weekend.

Peterborough have been on a rampage throughout the division, firing in 19 goals in their 8 fixtures and you just cannot see them adding to that tally at least once more here. Last Saturday they managed to score twice against a strong MK Dons outfit despite playing with 10 men since the ninth minute at 0-0. Assombalonga is the man to watch and i can see him bagging another goal.

Peterborough will be expecting to take all three points available here and further improve their chances of promotion straight back into the Championship, but Rotherham will have something to say about that and wont sit back and take a defeat. I expect goals galore

A £10 stake on our treble will return £40.20 with Betfred
