It’s another fascinating weekend of fixtures across England’s top four divisions, and we’re looking to capitalise on the drama with this BTTS treble.
We’re backing six teams to all find the target and, at odds of over 5/1 with Betfred, it has to be well worth a punt. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for an afternoon of goals and profit.
Come on!
Crystal Palace V Southampton
Alan Pardew’s Palace are enjoying a fantastic season so far, and the Eagles will be eager to continue their fine form with another three points on Saturday. However, they shouldn’t expect to have things all their own way against the Saints.
The hosts are sixth in the table despite a lack of goals from their central attacking stars. They have still managed to score 11 times in eight matches at Selhurst Park. However, it is worth noting that they’ve also conceded nine in that period.
Ronald Koeman’s men, meanwhile, have netted eight and conceded seven on the road. Three of their last four games on the road have ended in BTTS winners, as have three of Palace’s last five. Last season’s corresponding fixture ended in a 3-1 win to the Saints, and we’re confident that there will be goals again here.
We’re not sure which way the fixture will go, but we do think both teams will score.

Charlton Athletic V Leeds United
Struggling Charlton might be stuck in the Championship’s relegation zone right now, but Karel Fraeye’s men will be quietly confident as they welcome Steve Evans’s Leeds to the Valley.
The Addicks aren’t in great form, but they have at least scored 11 times in 10 home games. Moreover, the likes of Ricardo Vaz Te and Simon Makienok are more than capable of finding the target, particularly against an away side that that has conceded 10 in nine away games.
However, it’s hard to see the home side keeping a clean sheet, especially after they’ve conceded in nine straight home games. If the visitors can get the ball to Chris Wood and Mirko Antenucci, the Whites should at least score.
That might not be enough to seal the win, though. We don’t think it will be a seven-goal thriller, but there’s more than enough reason to fancy goals at both ends.

Luton Town V Northampton Town
Our final selection comes from Kenilworth Road where high-flying Northampton are the visitors, and we’re confident that it will be another game of goals between the Hatters and the Cobblers.
Chris Wilder’s visitors are enjoying an incredible run having won six competitive matches on the spin, which is part of a nine game unbeaten streak. Meanwhile, the Cobblers boast an impressive 17 goals in 10 away league games and should be confident against an average home side that has leaked 13 on its own patch.
However, it is worth noting that Northampton have conceded 14 away goals and also conceded twice in last weekend’s cup win over Northwich Victoria at home. This should give John Still’s home side extra reason for optimism as they look to increase their tally of 14 at Kenilworth Road.
With the likes of Craig Mackail-Smith, Jonathan Smith, Marc Richards and Sam Hoskins on the pitch, there’s plenty of attacking talent on display. Back both teams to score.
