Tuesday’s football offering serves up a selection of matches across the Football League along with eight mouth-watering Champions League group games.
This time last week we landed a lovely BTTS treble and we’re looking to repeat that triumph with this coupon that pays out at just under 11/2 at BetVictor.
Good luck!
Benfica V AS Monaco
Our first selection comes from the Champions League group stage as Benfica host AS Monaco.
When these sides met two weeks ago it ended in a 0-0 stalemate, but we’re predicting far more entertainment in this crucial return clash. Whilst the French club are desperate to retain pole position in the race to reach the last 16, Benfica simply must win to keep their dreams alive.
The Portuguese club struggled in the opening weeks of the season, following a summer exodus of players, but are now approaching a return to their best. They’ve scored in seven of their past eight competitive fixtures and should find the target on home soil.
However, Monaco are a very good side themselves and will be hoping to take advantage of a somewhat shaky home defence. Expect both teams to score.

Middlesbrough V Norwich City
Two of the Championship’s frontrunners do battle at the Riverside as Middlesbrough face Norwich and we’re expecting an explosive contest with plenty of goals.
Between them, these two rivals have returned 46 goals already this season and there is no reason to think they will dry up in the North East. Boro have scored in seven of their eight home games this season and should be supremely confident after hitting three past Huddersfield Town on Saturday. With Kike and Grant Leadbitter each scoring goals for fun, Aitor Karanka’s men should have no trouble finding a way past the Canaries.
However, Neil Adams’ men will pose a real threat, especially after finding a return to winning ways with the weekend’s 2-1 win over Bolton. Additionally, the return of Gary Hooper will increase their attacking options and he’ll be hopeful of linking up with Cameron Jerome and Lewis Grabban to form a formidable trio.
This is a huge clash for both clubs and they’ll be equally eager to send a warning to their rivals with three points. Expect plenty of goals at the Riverside.

Swindon Town V Preston North End
League One club Swindon have been involved in some thoroughly gripping encounters at the County Ground this season and we expect the goals to keep flowing as they face high-flying Preston.
The Robins have scored 17 goals in seven home matches but have also shipped 11 at the back. Meanwhile, the Lilywhites boast 11 for and seven against on the road; goals have been a regular feature for both.
In addition to their respective current forms, the head-to-head record is equally promising. Three of the past four meetings have ended in BTTS winners and there is every chance that trend will continue.
Having both lost their weekend fixtures, each team will be utterly determined to bounce back in style and that should ignite a fantastic end-to-end encounter. These sides have hit 59 league goals between them this season, that tally should be increased here.
