Just 16 teams remain in this year’s Europa League and all of them will be hoping to secure their places in the quarter-finals on Thursday night.
Goals will be the aim of the day for pretty much every club involved and we’re looking to capitalise on that feeling with this BTTS treble, which pays out at just over 4/1 at 888sport. Game on!
Dynamo Kiev V Everton. 6PM
Roberto Martinez’s Toffees may have come stuck throughout a difficult domestic campaign, but they’ll be hopeful of tasting sweet success in the Europa League. The Premier League side will be eager to seal their quarter-final place in Kiev.
Everton do take a lead into this crucial second-leg, which could be vital. However, Oleg Gusev’s early away goal means that a 1-0 win would see the home side through. For that reason alone, the visitors will have to attack and there is no reason to believe the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Steven Naismith won’t add to the club’s 19 goals in the competition.
However, the Toffees have conceded in each of their past four Europa League games whilst Kiev boast 10 goals from four European home games. However, Everton will provide the toughest test so far and we would be surprised if the Ukrainians keep Martinez’s men at bay.
Both teams will fancy their chances in this second-leg and there should be chances at both ends. Back both teams to score.

Ajax V Dnipro. 8:05PM
Eredivisie champions Ajax welcome Dnipro to the Amsterdam ArenA hoping to overturn a 1-0 deficit. The Dutch side will fancy their chances on home soil, but know that an away goal could kill their chances of reaching the final eight.
The Ukrainian visitors hold a 1-0 advantage heading into this clash so an away goal would force Ajax into needing at least three to progress. Myron Markevych’s men won’t exactly throw caution to the wind, but there is no doubt that the likes of former Blackburn striker Nikola Kalinic will be hoping to score.
Dnipro have won their last four competitive matches without conceding but they should expect to be put under the cosh by Ajax. The Dutch side haven’t enjoyed the best form this term and look set to surrender their domestic crown without much of a fight, but they do tend to score a lot of goals in Amsterdam and their young frontline will be eager to prove their worth here.
Ajax should restore some pride by getting on the scoresheet and avoiding defeat but an away goal could be enough for Dnipro to progress. That’s exactly what we think will happen.

Sevilla V Villarreal. 8:05PM
It’s advantage Sevilla in the all-Spanish affair as Unai Emery’s men take a 3-1 lead into Thursday’s second-leg against Villarreal.
Moreover, home advantage means that the defending champions should have a great chance of progression. However, there is no doubt that the Rojiblancos will want to score an early goal or two to kill the tie completely.
Meanwhile, visiting Villarreal have no choice but to attack as they need a minimum of three goals to progress. Conceding once won’t change too much for Marcelino’s men so they can put emphasis on trying to break down the hosts, which could lead to goals at both ends.
Six of the past seven head-to-head meetings have ended in BTTS winners, including the corresponding Liga match at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. Sevilla should prevail, but Villarreal can score a goal.
